The Web Service Solutions Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Web Service Solutions' products and services, including information provided when you use ScheduleWorld. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to ScheduleWorld.

• You need a ScheduleWorld account to access ScheduleWorld. Web Service Solutions asks for some personal information when you create a ScheduleWorld account, including your alternate contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A ScheduleWorld account allows you to access many of our services that require registration.
• ScheduleWorld stores, processes and maintains your messages, contact lists and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
• When you use ScheduleWorld, Web Service Solutions' servers automatically record certain information about your use of ScheduleWorld. Similar to other web services, Web Service Solutions records information such as account activity (including storage usage, number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

• Web Service Solutions maintains and processes your ScheduleWorld account and its contents to provide the ScheduleWorld service to you and to improve our services. The ScheduleWorld service includes relevant advertising and related links based on the IP address, content of messages and other information related to your use of ScheduleWorld.
• Web Service Solutions' computers process the information in your messages for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, delivering advertisements and related links, preventing unsolicited bulk email (spam), backing up your messages, and other purposes relating to offering you ScheduleWorld.
• Web Service Solutions may send you information related to your ScheduleWorld account or other Web Service Solutions services.

• When you send email, Web Service Solutions includes information such as your email address and the email itself as part of that email.
• We provide advertisers only aggregated non-personal information such as the number of times on of their ads was clicked. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the Web Service Solutions Privacy Policy, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.

• You may change your ScheduleWorld account settings through the ScheduleWorld "settings" section.
• You may organize or delete your messages through your ScheduleWorld account or terminate your account through the Web Service Solutions Account section of ScheduleWorld settings. Such deletions or terminations will take immediate effect in your account view. Residual copies of deleted messages and accounts may take up to 60 days to be deleted from our active servers and may remain in our offline backup systems.
