When you sign up for ScheduleWorld you are given an email account. This email account is special because it can only be used for communicating with other calendaring and scheduling programs. Any other use of the account results in the email simply being deleted with no warning.
When you schedule a meeting with someone else who is using Outlook you are actually using your ScheduleWorld email account to communicate with Outlook. When the Outlook user accepts your meeting request it replies to your ScheduleWorld email account which then gets processed and queued to your ScheduleWorld Java desktop client.
Your email address has the format userid@ScheduleWorld.com. The userid is a number and is assigned to you when you sign up. You can see what your email address looks like by right-clicking on your calendar and selecting "Properties" - you want the value of the "Outlook Bridge".
