The ScheduleWorld import capability asks the user to select the character encoding so the translation to UTF-8 will work perfectly.
- Fixed a problem where selecting from the day view time column gets the day wrong.
- Extra unnecessary encryption/decryption removed - startup is now faster, sync uses less cpu.
- When keeping 2 or more machines in sync the addressbook is now dynamically synchronized properly. Since the addressbook contains public keys you will be able to see encrypted events on your other (non-primary) machines.

Also included in the email are directions on how to configure Outlook (3 mouse clicks) to use the open (RFC 2445) iCalendar format: http://www.ScheduleWorld.com/configureOutlook.html
- The email bridge now adds a (SW) as part of the ScheduleWorld bridge email address so Contact lists won't get confused.
- Correctly displays work-week starting from Monday

This is a major release that contains the "Time Sheets" extension to ScheduleWorld.
54.1 Time Sheets
After a good six month beta cycle and some great feedback the "Time Sheets" extension to ScheduleWorld is ready for prime time.
54.1.1 Five Minute Corporate Sign-Up
The installation section has some screen-shots to show how to quickly sign up a company.
54.1.2 Ten Second User Activation
All a user has to do to enable his time sheet module is click Tools->TimeSheets->Activation Wizard and select the company/time sheet template.NOTE: The company time sheet template maintainer must first give the user:
- customer read permission
- template read permission
54.1.3 Customizable HTML Time Sheet Templates
Clicking the 'print' icon while viewing a time sheet will render the time sheet data using your own customized HTML. You can edit this customized HTML from the template 'Formats' tab. At the moment only the 'Simple' template is available (inner/outer).
54.1.4 Corporate Holidays
Customers can now define the holidays they will pay their employees for.
54.1.5 ICalendar Diffs
Changes to ICalendars now intelligently send/receive compressed version-based diffs to keep network and CPU overhead to a minimum.
54.1.6 Real-Time Administration Reports

View any individual employee's timesheet data.
54.1.6.2 All-User Weekly Reports
View all of your employees' weekly timesheet data.
54.1.6.3 Yearly Reports
View your employee monthly totals.
54.1.7 Project Management GUI
Allows the creation of projects and their tasks (and sub-tasks) as well as permission control.
54.2 Encryption
Encryption times have been greatly decreased. Large numbers of calendars and encrypted components are now possible.
54.3 GUI Fixes
Numerous GUI fixes. Several actions now use background threads and correctly synchronize with Swing to render correctly.
54.4 Background Synchronization
You may notice your transmit/receive lights flashing every minute when you have ScheduleWorld running. That's because it now polls the server for new versions of your existing Customer/Project/ICalendar objects.
